The thermal insulating cold storage panels consist of two profiled sheets bonded in an insulating rigid CFC & HCFC free foam core of polyurethane (PUR) or polyisocyanurate (PIR). Panels are made of 42 kg/m³ (± 2) foam density, are CE marked and satisfy European specifications that refer to hygiene and protection of food in production, storage and preservation facilities. Wall and ceiling panels are produced in different thicknesses (80 mm, 100 mm, 120 mm, 150 mm, 180 mm). The cold room panels are 100 cm wide and can be supplied according to your specific requirements in relation to length, steel sheet thickness, profile, coatings and colour.
Standard ribbed interior and exterior surface of cold room panels have hot dipped galvanized steel sheets. The standard total top coating of both surfaces is 25μm polyester colored in RAL 9002 authentic polyester paint. Suitable for food contact PVC food safe non toxic top coatings are also available upon request. Panels are smooth, hygienic and easily cleanable. As cold room panels are hygienic, they are also commonly used in hospitals, supermarkets, warehouses, clean rooms and laboratories. A wide selection of flashings and sanitary fittings are also available to complete the installation of your temperature controlled environment.

PVC FOOD SAFE COATINGThe PVC food safe cold storage panel is suitable for areas which require controlled atmosphere such as food processing facilities, food storage warehouses, microbiological and pharmaceutical laboratories. This anti-bacterial special type of chemical free surface coating is also non toxic and has a total coating thickness of 110μm - 120μm. The PVC food safe panel is not suitable for outdoor application and UV radiation exposure.

PVDF COATINGThe Polyvinylidene-Fluoride panel also knows as PVDF thermo-insulated cold room panel is suitable for outdoor applications. Manufactured with increased UV and anti-corrosion protection this type of insulating refrigeration panel coating is produced with a total coating thickness 25μm - 50μm.
